Instant Messenger Installation Instructions

1. Download

First, download the Instant Messanger installer. Click on the following link and select Run or Open.

2. Install

After your download has completed, the installation should automatically begin. You may be prompted with security questions asking for your permission to install. Accept them and continue the installation.

Click on Finish

3. Account login


Type in your account name and password. If you do not have a username and password, please call us at 1-888-827-2095 to set up an account.

NOTE: For security reasons, anything you type in the password text box will be automatically masked by either asterisks or by bullets. Just type your password carefully, and you should have no problem.

Also, check the Automatically log on check box. This will save your logon information so you do not have to enter it every time you logon.

Using the program

After you have successfully logged in, you will receive any updates we send out. The messenger program automatically starts up when your computer starts, and if you've checked Automatically log in you have no further steps to take.

One of the best features of this service is that you will never miss a line change, even if your computer is turned off. Changes stay on our server until you are logged on. This means you will probably see this screen quite often:


Simply click Yes to view any messages you've missed.

To turn on the timestamp functionality:
In the client program, click on View >> Options...
In the General category (on the left hand side), select the checkbox next to:
Show Date/Time stamp in conversations
