Two schools with traditions of winning meet Saturday with hopes of rebuilding programs in disarray. Texas AM 1-1 on the year has problems on both sides of the ball. QB Stephen Mcgee is banged up and  the reigns to a very young offense will fall to Soph QB Jerrod Johnson.  On defense the Aggies have been torched to the tune of 540 yds in two games with the majority on the ground. It’s 18-14 loss to Arkansas St. and their 28-22  win over New Mexico have both left lots of room to improve.

Miami 1-1  heading into Saturday dismantled the inferior Charleston Southern 52-7 and then was beaten soundly by rival Florida 26-3. The “U’s”  major problem has been offensive consistency. Against the Gators  the defense played very well for over 3 quarters but ran out of gas late.

CSS ANALYSIS: Both of these schools are bad,  and will struggle in the ACC and BIG 12 respectively. Bowl season is now something to shoot for rather than expected. Miami has superior athletes and that should be the difference. Senior Hurricane RB Derron Thomas is a big time runner who should gash the Aggies porous run D more than once!

FREE PICK TAKE MIAMI-3

GOOD LUCK AND THANKS!
