2017-18 NBA Season – Do We Need To Play It Out?

For the past three seasons the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers have met in the NBA Finals. Do we expect anything different this season. Well for some including GOAT Michael Jordan there really isn’t a chance of anything different. Jordan was quoted as saying “You’re going to have one or two teams that are going to be great, and another 28 teams that are going to be garbage.” Vegas seems to have a similar feeling making the Golden State Warriors the biggest favorite in the history of the NBA to start a season and only 9 teams that have odds to win it all of 100/1 (+10000) or less. Well no matter what Hall-of-Famers or Vegas says, they are going to play the season out. So with that being said, what are the odds for the upcoming season? Lets take a look.

As you can see the odds of anyone besides the Warriors and Cavaliers making it to the Finals is slim. If you couldn’t tell how thin, here is more odds for you. The odds of any team besides the Cavaliers or Warriors making it to the NBA Finals is -155 or you could take both the Cavs & Warriors to make the Finals +135. Let me put it this way. You can put together a 2-team parlay on tonight’s Cavaliers (-170) and Warriors (-440) just to win the games straight up (-105) and you would barely make more money by betting the entire season, compared to just tonight. Why wait 7 month!! For those of you that don’t understand how these odds work, let me give you an example of what the odds mean for the Warriors to win their division (-12000). What that number means if you would bet $120 on that and they won the division you could go back to Vegas at the end of the season and cash that ticket for $121. On the other side if you bet that same $120 on the Brooklyn Nets to win the NBA Championship (+250000) and they did you could take your private jet to Sin City to cash that ticket for $300,120! So we decided that they aren’t listening to us about skipping the season so since they are going to play it, so how do we make money on it? Well each day and each play is an opportunity to make money and we will hope to continue to do that for you. Last year out Guaranteed $15 Super Slamdunk play went 106-81-5 (+26.9 units/57%) not to mention our other NBA plays in our regular service. Make sure you take advantage off all of our hoop action, plus of course the rest of the football, NHL and MLB Playoffs by going to http://www.freeplays.com/handicapper.asp?serviceID=8010 . Good Luck!
